摘要： 本研究旨在探讨台北县国民小学校园意外事件危机管理的现况，其次分析不同背景变项教师知觉服务学校在校园意外事件危机预防准备、危机控制处理及危机追踪学习之差异情形，并探讨国民小学危机管理三阶段的关系。最後根据研究发现形成结论并提出建议。 本研究透过文献探讨後，采用问卷调查法，以研究者自编「台北县国民小学校园意外事件危机管理之研究调查问卷」为研究工具，以台北县公立国民小学 686位教师为抽样对象，采用分层比例随机抽样的方式，共回收622份有效问卷，将所得资料随机选取120份进行因素分析、信度分析後，剩余502份以描述统计、独立样本 t考验、单因子变异数分析（one-way ANOVA)、皮尔逊积差相关等统计方法进行分析。根据资料分析结果归纳出以下几项结论： 一、台北县国民小学校园意外事件危机管理的现况良好 二、男性教师对学校危机管理运作的感受程度高於女性教师 三、行政人员对学校危机管理运作的感受程度高於一般教师 四、资深教师对学校危机预防准备运作的感受程度高於资浅教师 五、师范院校以上毕业的教师对学校危机管理运作的感受程度高於一般大学毕业的教师 六、台北县国民小学教师对学校危机预防准备运作的感受在学校所在、学校规模方面没有不同 七、台北县国民小学教师对学校危机控制处理运作的感受在服务年资、学校所在 、学校规模等方面没有不同 八、台北县国民小学教师对学校危机追踪学习运作的感受在性别、服务年资、学校所在、学校规模等方面没有不同 九、台北县国民小学校园意外事件危机预防准备运作待加强 十、台北县国民小学教师校园意外事件危机管理法律素养待提升 十一、校园意外事件危机管理三阶段环环相扣 十二、校园意外事件危机管理符应全面品质管理理论之全员参与 十三、校园意外事件危机管理符应混沌理论之回馈机制 最後，本研究根据研究结论，提出相关建议，以供教育行政机关、学校行政人员、学校教师及未来相关研究之参考。

摘要： 中国铁路工程总公司分(子)公司分布于全国各地，随着中国铁路工程总公司国际部服务对象和范围在不断扩大，国际部审批业务比较繁杂，每个团组报送出国申请时都要出差到北京，费时费力且不易了解审批进展情况。在此情况下，提出设计中国铁路工程总公司外事管理系统。该外事管理信息系统依托现有的中国铁路工程总公司网络信息平台，实现外事管理的数字化。\n 本文主要分析了目前企业信息化的现状，系统需求分析以及需要解决的问题，设计实现了中铁公司外事管理系统。首先从系统的需求方面，从功能性和非功能性两方面的需求来阐述。首先介绍了中铁的现状，包括其公司组织、业务流程等，然后说明了本文的系统的开发流程。对于系统的功能性需求，采用了流行的用例方法来进行描述；其次介绍了系统的总体设计，主要对系统的架构进行了说明，包括了系统主体、系统功能、系统应用等等方面的架构，从而界定系统的主要功能；系统的子模块的功能和数据库的维护备份。最后对所开发的系统进行了具体的测试处理，阐述了测试的过程，并且对其运行结果进行了预测。\n 该系统采用基于J2EE技术的面向服务的体系结构框架来设计，采用B/S结构，采用RIA、AJAX、WebService技术，系统可以在很多流行的平台上运行。系统维护方便。\n J2EE体系结构包括Servlet, JSP和EJB等3个单元。是：ServIet和JSP中可以完全使用Java进行编程，可以完成许多简单的业务逻辑。JSP(lava ServerPages)的页面编程技术，将Java语句通过一定的格式嵌入到HTML语句中。在运行、请求响应模式的服务器上的Java类模块Servlet，使Web服务器的功能得到了动态扩展。部署在EJB Server中的组件EJB形式，实现复杂的业务逻辑，实现系统应用的业务逻辑。由于EJBServe的多组件特性，使系统的并发用户数和复杂的事务管理更强。EJB Server使客户端应用的维护简单化，组件部署简单化。

摘要： Introduction The UK NICE Guidelines recommends Contingency Manangement as “the only psychosocial intervention wIth clear evidence for effectiveness as an adjunct to drug detoxification”. Most resarch has been done with money,vouchers as incentives,raising ethical issues. Aims The aim of this study is to analyze the subjective attitudes of clients and changes in their recovery process,when awarded certificates as incentives for giving clean drug screens and complying with care-plan. Methods Clients were awarded 3 tiered certificates on providing a specific number of random consecutive negative drug screens to Heroin and Cocaine. Screens were deemed positive, if the client did not attend their appointments. Level 1- three negative drug screens. Level 2- six negative drug screens Level 3- ten negative drug screens. Study questionnares were filled by key-workers and clients. Results 15 clients received certificates. 12 clients knew about certificates before their treatment began. 100% clients reported higher motivation to achieve subsequent certificates. 100% clients reported ‘encouragement’ to produce negative drug screens. 73% clients reported ‘encouragement’ to attend appointments with key-workers. 100% clients reported improved self-esteem. 100%clients reported positive responses from family, friends and clinicians. 100% reported a positive shift in their attitudes & behaviours towards drugs. A few clients agreed that certificates enhanced their determination to give negative drug screens but would have done either ways. Conclusions Contingency management is a positive and effective adjunct to opiod detoxification. It should be incorporated into detox regimes more robustly and consistently. Certificates as Contingency management raise no ethical issues,requires no staff training and requires low budget.

摘要： Purpose - While earlier literature has focused on the management tactics of unexpected events, this paper employs an inter-organizational network perspective to the study of unexpected events in international projects. The paper aims to illustrate how a focal project's local stakeholder relationships are associated with the emergence and management of unexpected events in the context of international projects. Design/methodology/approach - A qualitative, multiple case study of three international projects conducted in challenging institutional environments. Findings - The findings of this paper reveal the different mechanisms through which the local stakeholder relationships affect the emergence and management of unexpected events in international projects. Owing to differences in the amount and quality of local stakeholder relationships, the management, nature and number of unexpected events that are encountered differ from project to project. The findings of this paper reveal a paradox - both the existence of and the lack of local stakeholder relationships with salient actors may generate unexpected events in international projects. Based on the findings, two types of unexpected events related to local stakeholder relationships were identified: unexpected events that were due to misunderstandings, and diverging practices, processes, values and norms of the focal project organization and the local stakeholders;and unexpected events that emerged due to the challenges in the establishment of direct and indirect relationships with salient external local stakeholders. Furthermore, the results demonstrate how local stakeholder relationships can be utilized in dealing with and managing the unexpected events that are encountered. Originality/value - Stakeholders are a significant source of unexpected events.
