摘要： Background Contingency management (CM) is an empirically validated intervention but one not often applied in practice settings in the US. Objectives The aim of this article is to describe the veterans administration (VA) nationwide implementation of CM treatment. Methods In 2011, the VA called for integration of CM in its intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment clinics. As part of this initiative, the VA funded trainings and ongoing implementation support, and it provided direct funds for reinforcers and other intervention costs. Results Over 100 clinics received this funding in 2011, and CM has been implemented in over 70 substance abuse treatment clinics since August 2011. Conclusions This training and implementation experience has been highly successful and represents the largest scale training in evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders in the VA health care system to date. Scientific Significance This program may serve as a model for training in evidence-based treatments. (Am J Addict 2014;23:205-210)

摘要： 外事工作作为高校管理工作的重要组成部分,是构建国际合作交流桥梁,也是高校引进先进管理经验与教学经验的重要途径。新时期背景下,要求高校必须加强外事管理工作,才能使高校教育向着国际化方向发展。本文对外事管理工作重要作用进行简要概述,并提出加强高校外事管理工作的措施。

摘要： 中国第一汽车集团公司副总工程师兼海外事业管理部部长李维斗认为,国Ⅳ排放标准一推再推,何时全面推行仍未确定,其主要原因是油品及尿素供应不配套。"其他国家在制定和实施汽车排放标准时,一直将车和油及基础设施当成一个系统,同步实施油品标准和汽车排放标准。"李维斗介绍说。法规标准不能如期严格执行和执行走样制约着我国汽车工业的发展,我们必须要加强汽车技术法规和标准建设,尤其是加强相关标准的协调,如油品标准和汽车排放标准的同步。李维斗同时指出,国Ⅳ实施一拖再拖,企业无所适从;国Ⅲ标准早已实施,但市场上还有假国Ⅲ在销售,尤其是二三线城市的很多地方。

摘要： Guided by a comprehensive implementation model, this study examined training/implementation processes for a tailored contingency management (CM) intervention instituted at a Clinical Trials Network-affiliate opioid treatment program (OTP). Staff-level training outcomes (intervention delivery skill, knowledge, and adoption readiness) were assessed before and after a 16-hour training, and again following a 90-day trial implementation period. Management-level implementation outcomes (intervention cost, feasibility, and sustainability) were assessed at study conclusion in a qualitative interview with OTP management. Intervention effectiveness was also assessed via independent chart review of trial CM implementation vs. a historical control period. Results included: 1) robust, durable increases in delivery skill, knowledge, and adoption readiness among trained staff;2) positive managerial perspectives of intervention cost, feasibility, and sustainability;and 3) significant clinical impacts on targeted patient indices. Collective results offer support for the study's collaborative intervention design and the applied, skills-based focus of staff training processes. Implications for CM dissemination are discussed. 摘要： 按照中央关于外事管理实行"统一领导、归口管理、分级负责、协调配合"的管理体制,中国石油集团公司实行的是外事局统一归口管理、各直属企业分级负责的外事工作体系和上下配合、协调运转的外事工作机制.长城钻探外事工作一直以来坚决服从和服务于集团公司建设综合性国际能源公司和长城钻探建设国际化石油工程技术总承包商的大局,严格遵照集团公司的外事管理要求,经过多年的摸索和努力,目前外事管理工作逐步规范、制度化日臻完善,工作效率不断提高,外事工作走上管理有序、协调发展的轨道.

摘要： 技术法规和标准是引导产业健康发展的重要保障，也是保护产业安全、环境安全的有效手段。发达国家利用其技术优势制定较高的技术法规和标准，限制低水平产品的进入，许多国家成功地利用这一手段保护本国企业。但我们的技术标准和法规所起的作用还不尽如人意。
